DeleteI am currently working on reviewing and improving the vocabulary, and the list will be updated with more accurate and well-attested Santali terms over time. My intention was to document words that are commonly used in everyday/local usage, rather than to present the list as a comprehensive academic or historical dictionary.
Bodding’s dictionaries are extremely valuable resources, particularly for linguistic and historical research. However, some of the vocabulary found in such scholarly sources may not always correspond directly to the terms commonly used in present-day local speech.
I will continue cross-checking the entries with established Santali dictionaries and other reliable sources. Thank you again for helping improve the accuracy of the content.
